How do I place an order?
Simply choose which item you would like to purchase from my "Shop", add it to your cart and then pay securely through Paypal. Alternatively, if you would love to have something personalised so that only you are in possession of that item, then please send me a direct email through the "Contact" page and we can discuss details about what you want customised; as well as price etc.
Payment & Shipping: Domestic & International
Pay safely and with ease through Paypal. Whether it's something ordered privately through myself or ordered from my website, pay through Paypal and have security. For goods bought from my "Shop", they will be shipped immediately. For domestic shipping, please allow about 1-2 business days.
For custom made items, depending on the size and what the item is, please allow a maximum of about 1-2 weeks for designing before goods are shipped domestically and internationally (as materials may need to be ordered and time is needed for designing).
Shipping Method: Domestic & International
I only ship First Class Mail (I use Special/Next Day delivery) via Royal Mail which is a postal service company in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
Note for International Shipments
International shipments may attract duty and tax fees depending on your location and order total. Tax and duty fees are NOT included in the order total with Suga Dust. You will be responsible for paying these fees to receive your order if there should be such a fee imposed. International shipments may take about 1-2 weeks for delivery as they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays in delivery.
Depending on what you want customised as well as what kind of design you want (Whole item or part of the item customised) will also depend on how long it will take to complete the order. However, as soon as all details are clear, understood and finalised between myself and the client, then I will begin designing.
I will happily answer any questions which you may have and also keep you updated on the development of your item.
Depending on the size and what the item is, Please allow a maximum of about 1-2 weeks for designing (excluding time if materials may need to be ordered). Upon completion, you will be notified and your good/s will be shipped.
Returns & Refunds
On all goods purchased from my "Shop", you will have 28 days to exchange. If wanting to exchange, you must return the product back to me in the condition it was sent to you (mint condition) and you are responsible for the postage costs of returning.
Refund will only be given if the item is faulty; or if the item is significantly different to what was described. A photo will need to be provided to show the item and its condition. Again, you are responsible for returning the item and paying the postage fees.
Personal private requests for custom made items are as follows: Once details are clear and everything is understood between myself and the client, then 50% of the agreed price must be paid first as a non-refundable deposit.
The remaining 50% must then be paid upon me completing the item. You will be updated throughout the items progress. However, if for any reason you change your mind half-way through me designing and decide that you do not want the item, the deposit will not be returned.
For completed items, refunds will only be offered if there is a fault with the item. Again, you must supply a photograph and a description of its fault. You are responsible for paying the postage and packaging fees for returning.
